By booking below, you acknowledge and understand the following:
- – Must be at least 25 years of age to reserve and must be staying at the property for the duration of the reservation.
- – A copy of a current valid driver's license, state-issued ID or country ID/passport must be submitted to the host once booking is confirmed. The ID must match the profile used to book and the person who shows up to the property, or entry will not be allowed.
- – We have a NO PET policy. Do not book this property if you intend on bringing any kind of pet. Owners have allergies.
- – The maximum number of guests is 12, including kids, due to the size of the property and number of beds.
- – Parking for 4 vehicles only (two in driveway and two in garage). No trailers, boats, campers, RVs or commercial vehicles of any kind.
- – No parties allowed.
- – No smoking inside, in the garage or on porches of the unit.
- – 3 exterior security cameras are located on the property: one doorbell camera, one facing the driveway and one facing the rear of the home.
- – Community amenities maintenance and hours of operation are out of our control (e.g. pool closing for cleaning).
- – Please be mindful of our cancellation policy below. We recommend purchasing travel insurance for protection in case of unforeseen events.
Cancellation Policy
- 70% refund if you cancel at least 30 days prior to arrival date.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival date.
